Role includes managing client environments that includes the seamless interaction between the Infrastructure and the Application teams to ensure services are kept running effectively, functioning optimally and provide the necessary resilience and flexibility required by our clients.

Co-ordinate with internal and external teams, vendors whenever required to resolve technical issues Manage relationship including Customer Expectations, Satisfaction and Service level Management Define and Industrialize technical best practices across the Organization Identify, manage strategic risks with regards to delivery Develop service improvement plans (including technology and process improvements)
