Job Description

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on BW/4HANA and SAC.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP BW/4HANA and SAC implementations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure data models, reports, and dashboards meet performance and usability standards.
  • Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and data governance standards.
  • Support user training, documentation, and change management activities.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SAP analytics architecture.
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle SAP analytics projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge with SAP S/4HANA integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP Data Intelligence or SAP Datasphere.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Experience working with global teams and multi-region deployments 
  • Language Requirement- Must - JLPT N2 and above
