DATA 部門 - PaPM Solution Architect

Job Description

• Design SAP PaPM solutions for retail profitability, allocations, and cost‑to‑serve analysis
• Support profitability by store, channel, product, and customer
• Build scalable PaPM models including functions, environments, and versions
• Source data from S/4HANA Finance/CO and analytics platforms such as Datasphere or BW
• Define governance standards for transparency, controls, and operational scheduling
• Lead fit‑to‑standard workshops with Finance stakeholders
• Drive design, build, test, hypercare, and operational handover

Job Description - Grade Specific

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Finance and Controlling roles, with strong exposure to retail finance
• Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing SAP PaPM solutions
• Strong understanding of:
• Retail finance and controlling processes
• CO-PA, allocations, settlements, and management reporting
• Experience delivering solutions in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

Language & Communication Skills

• Native-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to have
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, particularly with Finance leaders

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating PaPM with SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or enterprise analytics platforms
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and profitability drivers
• Experience working in multi-vendor or SI-led transformation environments
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to transparency, control, and auditability
