Job Description
The Cross Functional Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with IT services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ITIL/ITSM best practices using ServiceNow (SNOW).
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
· Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
· Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
· Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) to implement and manage IT service workflows.
· Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment between business and IT teams.
· Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and processes.
· Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) platform.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
· Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation.
