Job Description

メガバンクを中心とした弊社の銀行系プロジェクトのビジネスコンサルタントとして、プロジェクトマネジメント、戦略策定、プロジェクト実行計画策定などのクライアントの支援を行います。

【仕事内容例】

  • アカウントマネジメント
  • プロジェクトマネジメント（進捗管理・課題管理・リスク管理など）
  • ステアリングコミッティ向け報告
  • プロジェクト戦略策定
  • 実行計画策定（PoC、要件定義、テスト・移行、研修など）
  • クライアントおよび弊社海外拠点とのリエゾン

Key Requirements

【必要なスキルと経験】

  • システム関連プロジェクト経験（開発・PMO問わず）1年以上
  • マネジメント向け報告資料の作成経験
  • 英語での海外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験

 

【望ましいスキルと経験】

  • システム開発プロジェクトにおける要件定義からテスト・移行リリースまでの一連の経験
  • ステークホルダーが50名超の規模でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • 英語での会議ファシリテーション、Workshopの運営
  • 銀行業務経験もしくは銀行プロジェクト経験
