Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Functional Tester to support BSA / Functional Testing solution delivery to the Insurance Company IT Development. The role will work with business and technology stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables, support testing and issue resolution, and communicate progress clearly. The successful candidate will bring the technical capabilities and language proficiency listed below and follow applicable design, coding, and delivery standards.

Job Description - Grade Specific

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement insurance-related solutions.
• Support underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration activities.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide subject matter expertise on insurance products and processes.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for team members.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.

Mandatory skills: Insurance domain: Life, Health, P&C; policy administration

Good to have skills: LOMA certification desirable

Language: Bilingual (JLPT N1/N2)
