Job Description

SAP Application Support and Maintenance
Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP environments (S/4HANA and ECC), including incident resolution, performance tuning, and system stability. -
Incident and Problem Management
Handle client inquiries, perform troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence. -
Change and Release Management
Evaluate, implement, and test change requests (CR) in compliance with global standards, ensuring smooth release cycles. -
Process Improvement and Automation
Drive initiatives to enhance AMS service quality and implement automation for operational processes (e.g., job monitoring, alert notifications). -
Global Team Collaboration
Work closely with offshore and global teams to maintain 24/7 support coverage. Participate in regular meetings, status reporting, and issue resolution in English. -
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
Create and maintain operational manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to promote knowledge sharing across teams. -
Service Level Management (SLA Compliance)
Monitor and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs/KPIs, and implement corrective actions when necessary. -
Minor Enhancements and Development
Support small-scale configuration changes and coordinate development activities for client-specific requirements.
