クライアントの企業変革支援にとどまらず、データ・AIなどに関する最先端テクノロジーの研究活動にも従事し、学術研究機関とも連携しながら、研究成果を社会に発信していく役割も担います。

　主な業務内容：

• 企業のデータ活用戦略・AI導入戦略策定
• 生成AI・機械学習・データアナリティクスを用いた業務プロセス高度化
• 大規模データを用いた分析・モデル開発、AIソリューションの導入
• グローバルチームとの協業

応募資格

• コンサルティングファームや事業会社等における 3年以上のデータ・AI関連業務の実務経験
• 機械学習・統計モデリング、生成AI・自然言語処理・画像認識などの先端AI領域に関する知見、開発経験
• データ基盤構築・ELT・BIツールの経験
• 経営層・役員クラスを含む国内外の関係者と調整・交渉しながらプロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション力
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション力 (日本語能力検定 1級以上)
• 海外勤務経験があれば尚可

Your Role

As a Data & AI expert, you will shape the future of data-driven enterprises by leading with creativity, purpose, and commercial acumen. You’ll architect transformative journeys for our clients—grounded in deep business understanding and powered by purposeful technology.  

In this role, you’ll focus on leading complex, high-impact engagements, and orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Development of corporate data utilization and AI adoption strategies
• Business enhancement using Generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics
• Large-scale data analysis, model development, and implementation of AI solutions
• Collaboration with global teams

Your Profile

• 3 years+ Practical Data/AI-related experience in a consulting firm or corporate environment
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in advanced AI domains such as machine learning, statistical modeling, generative AI, natural language processing, or computer vision
• Experience in building data platforms, ELT processes, or BI tools
• Strong communication skills to drive projects forward while coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders both in Japan and overseas
• Proficiency in Japanese communication (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N2 or higher)
• Overseas work experience is a plus
