職務内容

募集背景 

グローバル標準のデータマイグレーション／データガバナンスソリューションを、日本国内の大手企業へ導入・定着させるプロジェクトが立ち上がっています。SAP S/4HANA 移行をはじめとする基幹刷新の潮流の中で、「データの移行・整流化・統制」という最も難所となる領域を、上流の構想から実装まで一貫して推進いただけるデータコンサルタントを募集します。 

Capgeminiは海外での実績が豊富な一方、日本市場では本格展開の初期フェーズにあります。プロダクトの社会実装そのものを、顧客プロジェクトを通じて形づくっていくポジションです。 

業務内容 

• 顧客の業務データおよびBI/DWH、Data Lake等のデータ利活用・分析プラットフォーム（オンプレ・クラウド）を対象とした、システムアーキテクチャの現状把握と、移行・整流化方針の設計 
• データマイグレーション／データガバナンス導入プロジェクトにおける、担当ワークストリームの推進 
• RFI／RFP に対する提案資料の作成リード 
• 顧客キーパーソン（情シス／業務部門）との要件すり合わせ・合意形成 
• 意思決定に資する提案・報告資料の作成 
• 製品導入チーム（開発・データ技術者）と顧客の橋渡し、要件・仕様の翻訳 
• Capgeminiのプロジェクト責任者の指示・監督のもと、顧客向けデータコンサルティング業務を推進 
• 既存案件のデリバリー支援に加え、新規案件や追加フェーズに向けた提案活動・プリセールス支援 

応募条件

必須要件（MUST） 

1.日本語ネイティブ/N1レベル 
2.5年程度以上の業務データおよび業務パッケージ（オンプレ・クラウド）を含む、システムアーキテクチャの設計経験
3.3年程度以上のコンサルタントとして、顧客向け資料（提案・報告・意思決定資料等）を作成した経験
4.RFI／RFP に対する提案資料の作成をリードした経験
5. 以下いずれかのファンデーション資格を保有しているか、同等のデータ基盤系実務経験を有していること 

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) 
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate 
SnowPro Associate: Platform 
Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate (1Z0-071) 

6. いずれかの実務経験：
データマイグレーション／データモダナイゼーション／データガバナンス／データマネジメント 

歓迎要件（NICE TO HAVE） 

1.PM／PMO としてのプロジェクト推進経験
2.英語での実務経験（海外プロダクトチーム／グローバル拠点との連携を想定）
3.SAP（S/4HANA 移行、ECC 等）関連プロジェクトの経験
4.守秘配慮済みのポートフォリオ（過去の作成資料）のご提出

Recruitment Background

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications (MUST)

1. Native-level Japanese proficiency or JLPT N1 equivalent.
2. Approximately 5+ years of experience in system architecture design, including business data systems and enterprise application packages in both on-premises and cloud environments.
3. Approximately 3+ years of experience as a consultant creating client-facing materials such as proposals, reports, and decision-making documents.
4. Experience leading the development of proposal documents in response to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
5. Must possess one of the following foundation-level certifications, or have equivalent hands-on experience with data platform technologies:

• • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate
  • SnowPro Associate: Platform
  • Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate (1Z0-071)

      6.  Practical experience in at least one of the following areas:

• • Data Migration
  • Data Modernization
  • Data Governance
  • Data Management

Preferred Qualifications (NICE TO HAVE)

1. Experience driving projects as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Management Office (PMO).
2. Professional experience working in English, including collaboration with overseas product teams and global offices.
3. Experience in SAP-related projects, such as:
• SAP S/4HANA migration projects
• SAP ECC projects
4. Ability to provide a portfolio of past deliverables (with confidential information appropriately redacted), such as proposals, reports, presentations, or other client-facing materials created in previous roles.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Able to bridge strategy and execution, moving seamlessly between high-level planning and hands-on implementation.
2. Enjoys shaping solutions together with clients during the early stages of projects, particularly when requirements and approaches are still evolving and there is no predefined answer.
3. Fluent in both business and technical domains, with the ability to act as a translator between stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are effectively communicated to technical teams and that technical concepts are clearly explained to business users.
