募集背景 

グローバル標準のデータマイグレーション／データガバナンス製品を、日本国内の大手企業へ導入・定着させるプロジェクトが立ち上がっています。SAP S/4HANA 移行をはじめとする基幹刷新の潮流の中で、「データの移行・整流化・統制」という最も難所となる領域を、上流の構想から実装まで一貫して統括いただけるデータコンサルタントを募集します。 

本製品は海外での実績が豊富な一方、日本市場では本格展開の初期フェーズにあります。個別プロジェクトの推進にとどまらず、プロダクトの日本市場における導入方法論そのものを確立していく——社会実装をリードするポジションです。 

 

業務内容 

  • 複数の導入プロジェクト／提案案件の統括と、デリバリー品質の担保 
  • 顧客キーパーソン（情シス／業務部門／経営層）との合意形成、及び関係構築のオーナーシップ 
  • 業務データ・業務パッケージ（オンプレ・クラウド）を対象とした、移行・整流化・統制方針の上流設計と、その意思決定の主導 
  • RFI／RFP 提案全体の統括、提案戦略の策定 
  • 製品導入チーム（開発・データ技術者）と顧客の橋渡しの統括、要件・仕様の翻訳品質の担保 
  • 日本市場向けの導入アプローチ・方法論の型化、及びプロジェクトを通じた再現性ある実践知の蓄積 
  • Capgeminiのプロジェクト責任者の指示・監督のもと、顧客向けデータコンサルティング業務を推進 
  • 既存案件のデリバリー支援に加え、新規案件や追加フェーズに向けた提案活動・プリセールス支援 
  • チーム／メンバーの育成・アサインメント 

応募条件

必須要件（MUST） 

  • 日本語ネイティブ/N1レベル 
  • 10年程度以上の業務データおよび業務パッケージ（オンプレ・クラウド）を含む、システムアーキテクチャの設計経験 
  • 5年程度以上のコンサルタントとして、顧客向け資料（提案・報告・意思決定資料等）を作成した経験 
  • RFI／RFP に対する提案資料の作成をリードした経験 
  • 以下いずれかのアソシエイト／プロフェッショナル級資格を保有していること、もしくは同等の実務経験 

    SnowPro Core (COF-C03) 
    Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate 
    AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate 
    Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional 
    Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300) 
    SnowPro Advanced: Architect / SnowPro Advanced: Data Engineer (DEA-C02)

Recruitment Background

As Japanese enterprises continue to accelerate their data transformation initiatives, Capgemini is expanding its Enterprise Data Practice in Japan. Leveraging our global experience and proven methodologies, we help major organizations introduce and establish global-standard data migration and data governance solutions as part of their large-scale business transformation programs.

We are looking for data consultants who can help clients address complex data challenges, including data strategy, governance, migration, quality, and analytics, while driving transformation initiatives from planning through execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple implementation projects and proposal engagements, ensuring delivery quality.
  • Own stakeholder management and consensus building with key client personnel, including IT departments, business units, and executive leadership.
  • Lead the upstream design and decision-making process for migration, data cleansing, and governance strategies involving business data and enterprise applications (both on-premises and cloud-based).
  • Oversee RFI/RFP responses and develop proposal strategies.
  • Manage communication between product implementation teams (developers and data engineers) and clients, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop standardized implementation approaches and methodologies tailored to the Japanese market, while capturing reusable knowledge and best practices from project experiences.
  • Deliver client-facing data consulting services under the direction and supervision of Capgemini project leaders.
  • Support ongoing project delivery as well as pre-sales and proposal activities for new opportunities and subsequent project phases.
  • Mentor team members and support resource allocation and staffing activities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (MUST)

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency or JLPT N1 equivalent.
  • Approximately 10+ years of experience designing system architectures involving business data and enterprise applications (both on-premises and cloud-based).
  • Approximately 5+ years of consulting experience, including preparation of client-facing materials such as proposals, reports, and executive decision-making presentations.
  • Proven experience leading the development of RFI/RFP response proposals.
  • Possession of one of the following Associate- or Professional-level certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience:

           Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300)

Preferred Qualifications (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Experience serving as a PM or PMO leading multiple teams and large-scale projects.
  • Business-level English experience, particularly in collaboration with global product teams and overseas offices.
  • Experience with SAP-related projects, including SAP S/4HANA migration and SAP ECC.
  • Experience launching new services/practices or establishing standardized methodologies.
  • Submission of a confidentiality-compliant portfolio showcasing previous deliverables and presentation materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Able to bridge strategic planning and hands-on implementation, effectively operating at both levels.
  • Enjoys designing solutions collaboratively with clients in situations where no established blueprint exists, particularly during the early stages of product adoption, while helping create a standardized approach for the Japanese market.
  • Able to act as a translator between business and technology stakeholders, effectively communicating from executive leadership down to operational teams.
