業務内容

戦略コンサルタントとして、国内外クライアントに対する企業価値向上、事業創出、グローバリゼーション、業務プロセス変革などのコンサルティングサービスを提供していきます。 第二新卒として入社後は、豊富な経験を持つコンサルタントの指導のもと、プロジェクトを通じて実践的なスキルを身につけながら成長できます。 

  • 企業の経営戦略・事業戦略策定  

  • 全社変革、業務プロセス改革、デジタルトランスフォーメーション推進  

  • IoT、AI技術等を活用した工場生産プロセスの改善、サプライチェーンの再設計

応募要件

必須要件

  • 4年制大学卒業以上
  • 社会人経験３年以内
  • コンサルティング領域への学習意欲
  • 論理的思考力、課題解決力 

 

 歓迎要件 

  • コンサルティングファームにて1年以上の業務経験
  • 大手保険会社や金融機関（銀行・証券・アセットマネジメント）での実務経験
  • 政府系機関、官公庁での勤務経験
  • 大手製造業、またはテクノロジー／イノベーション企業での勤務経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

Your role

As a Strategy & Business Consultant, you will deliver consulting service focusing on enhancing corporate value, creating new business opportunities, driving globalization, and transforming business processes. With the guidance from other experienced consultants, you will gain hands-on project experience, develop essential consulting skills, and grow your career alongside Capgemini Invent’s expansion. 

  • Development of corporate and business strategies 
  • Enterprise-wide transformation, business process reform, and digital transformation (DX) initiatives
  • Improvement of factory production processes and redesign of the supply chain using technologies such as IoT and AI
  • Value creation and enhancement of business processes through data science and AI engineering
  • Collaboration with global teams

Qualification

 

Must

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (4-year university or equivalent)
  • Up to 3 years of professional work experience
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow in the consulting field
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred

  • 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm
  • Professional experience at a major insurance company or financial institution (banking, securities, asset management)
  • Professional experience in government agencies or public sector organizations
  • Professional experience at tier 1 manufacturing companies or technology/innovation firms
  • Business-level English proficiency
