IMS Nokia CFX Integrator Engineer

As an IMS Nokia CFX Integrator Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, integration, and support of Nokia CFX solutions within IMS environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of telecommunications infrastructure components.

Your role:

• Delivering IMS technical solutions as per defined Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications, with specialized focus on Nokia CFX platforms;
• Creating and validating instantiation templates and Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation from LLDs and data fill sheets;
• Managing the onboarding, deployment, integration, and configuration of Nokia CFX systems according to technical requirements;
• Executing system and functional Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) test cases and documenting all relevant artifacts;
• Troubleshooting deployment, integration, and testing issues while coordinating with care teams and customer teams through the Technical Project Manager;
• Opening and tracking trouble tickets through appropriate channels such as internal JIRA and Salesforce;
• Supporting IMS services migration activities and ensuring smooth transition processes;
• Preparing comprehensive documentation for software upgrades, including MOPs and required artifacts;
• Conducting software upgrade lab testing to create golden MOPs and executing Nokia CFX software upgrades;
• Providing 4-eye support and post-upgrade assistance in close collaboration with care/4LS teams during emergencies.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related technical field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering with specific expertise in IMS and Nokia CFX platforms;
• Strong understanding of IMS architecture, protocols, and interfaces with demonstrated experience in Nokia CFX integration;
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex telecommunications systems and resolving integration issues;
• Experience with software upgrade procedures, testing methodologies, and documentation creation;
• Strong technical documentation skills for creating MOPs, test cases, and technical specifications.
