Telford Work Experience Programme July 2026 - Year 12 Technology
Application Information
This programme is created for Year 12 students currently studying at school or college. The placement runs 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day, you will be expected to attend our Telford office for the full 5 days of the placement.
We are offering placements on the following dates:
Monday 6 July – Friday 10 July
Monday 13 July – Friday 17 July
When you apply
You will be asked to upload a resume/CV. Instead, please upload a Word document answering the question “Why are you interested in Work Experience at Capgemini?”
Your response should be a minimum of 100 words and a maximum of 300 words.
Interview process
Our application process includes an interview, which will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams for successful applicants during late January and early February.
Important Information
This work experience requires BPSS Security Clearance, you will be required to pass BPSS Security Clearance if you are successful in this recruitment process, which is a condition of undertaking the role. You may as part of the process need to visit the Telford office with documentation. To meet the clearance requirements, you will need to;
- Be resident in the UK for the past 3 years
- Have the right to live and work in the UK

About The Programme
Join Capgemini for our Year 12 work experience placement and step into the world of technology. During your placement you’ll collaborate with real project teams, discover how large scale digital services are designed, delivered and supported for our global clients. Alongside developing your technical skills, you will be building capabilities that can support and shape your future career.
Please note that this is a hands on technical placement where you'll start building programming skills by working on technical solutions throughout the week.
