As a PMO Analyst at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in project and programme delivery. Operating in a senior PMO analyst role, you are expected to demonstrate experience across all PMO competencies while contributing to financial governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement. Your role
• You are expected to show initiative in identifying process improvements and supporting the broader goals of the PMO community. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering consistency, sharing best practices, and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
• You will be supported by assigned sponsors and mentors from the PMO community and encouraged to participate in competency development activities. Your role will also involve contributing to community calls, feedback sessions, and the ongoing refinement of the PMO competency framework.
• Help maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and support capacity planning efforts. You will also contribute to schedule updates and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Responsible for maintaining RAID logs—identifying and tracking Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies—and ensuring that governance and compliance documentation remains current and accurate.
• As part of your professional development, you will be enrolled in Capgemini’s PMO Certification pathway and are expected to complete Foundation level certification within the first 12 months.
Your skills and experience
• To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A proven track record as a PMO practitioner is pivotal
• You will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities that support project and programme delivery.
• You will be expected to demonstrate PMO competencies while actively developing your core skills through structured learning and practical experience.
• Working under the guidance of PMO Leads and Managers, you will manage your own workload and contribute meaningfully to team deliverables.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
