An opportunity has arisen for an individual that is looking for an exciting HR challenge. If successful, you will be member of the Capgemini UK HR Manager Community and will play an integral part in advising and engaging the business.
You’ll be a Generalist HR Manager equivalent to a Senior HR Advisor aligned to support one of our SBUs.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
As a self-starter who is eager to learn, is proactive, motivated, and collaborative, you will:
- Support the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives including line manager education & training.
- Provide well-constructed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practice & innovative thinking on Employee Relations case management with resolution at the heart.
- Work to fully understand the business challenges, to enable you as the second tier of HR support to assist your people managers in developing the right people solutions.
- Responsible for data and analytics for your business areas. Carrying out regular and in-depth tracking and reporting to the business on all elements of people data including sickness absence and case management.

Your skills and experience
- Proven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of employment law and proven track record of end to end case management.
- Be able to prioritise effectively and successfully manage multiple cases and small projects whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, is an inquisitive self-starter who is eager to learn.
- Articulate and diplomatic communicator who can engage with a wide network of stakeholders and manage their needs.
- Able to build trusting relationships/stakeholder manager through regular engagement
- Good attention to detail and enjoys working with data with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- An excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues acting as part of one HR team.
- CIPD qualified
- Experience of working with SuccessFactors system would be an benefical
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
