Change and Comms Business Partner
About the job you're considering
You will be joining an energetic and creative inhouse Communications team made up of Communications Business Partners and Designers. There will be a great variety of communications deliverables and activities to get involved in, from comms campaign planning, written communications and creating content for our digital channels, to engaging our internal audiences through online and in-person events.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
Your role is to deliver effective communications consultancy, with a particular focus on change programmes. As part of the team, you will work with your assigned stakeholders, building relationships to understand stakeholders’ needs and objectives. You will work to create engaging communications plans and impactful content aligned to our business and people priorities.
You will need to work independently and with others in the team. The days are busy and you must be flexible and reactive to changing priorities in response to our business needs, and supporting others in team tasks. It’s a supportive and caring team environment where you’ll have some great opportunities to try new things and grow your potential.
Your skills and experience
- Change communications experience
- Stakeholder management
- Copy writing and proof reading
- Communication planning
- Measurement and evaluation
- Digital content management systems such as SharePoint and email tooling
Desirable: culture projects, design or video editing software such as Canva or similar.
Qualifications: Media, Communications, or Business related qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
