Your Role

As a Workday Lead within our PBS – Oracle team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions. 

You will play a key role in: 

  • Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Security, Recruiting, Learning, Absence and Advanced Compensation. 

  • Develop and deliver system training and documentation for end-users. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system optimization. 

  • Stay updated on Workday system updates, releases, and new features, providing guidance on their impact to existing processes. 

  • Assist in integrations between Workday and other third-party systems. 

  • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday HCM. 

Your Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementation and support. 

  • Certification: Workday HCM Core Certification 

  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Absence, Talent & Performance Management, Security and Recruiting. 

  • Experience with business process configuration and reporting tools within Workday. 

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows, as well as system best practices. 

  • Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and calculated fields is a plus.
