Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • AD Infrastructure Management: Design and maintain AD forests, domains, trusts, and replication strategies.
  • DNS & DHCP Oversight: Configure and troubleshoot DNS zones and DHCP scopes to ensure reliable name resolution and IP management.
  • Group Policy Management: Develop and maintain GPOs to enforce security and configuration standards across the enterprise.
  • IAM Integration: Collaborate with IAM teams to align AD with broader identity and access management strategies.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement AD security best practices, manage privileged access, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Act as L3 escalation point for AD-related incidents; lead root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with service owners, platform leads, and client stakeholders to align AD services with business needs.
  • Transformation Support: Provide SME input into transformation projects as required

Your profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Active Directory administration and architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and AD replication.
  • Experience in hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD/Entra ID).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and managed services delivery models.
  • Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting transformation programs in regulated industries (especially banking) is a plus
