Strategy Business Transformation Consultant-Senior Consultant

Your Role

We’re looking for a Strategy Consultant with ERP experience (SAP preferred) to join our growing transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact ERP programs and build your career in business transformation.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Support ERP-led transformation programs across key business functions
  • Contribute to process design (“as-is” / “to-be”) and business analysis
  • Assist with discovery, blueprinting, and business readiness
  • Engage with stakeholders and support workshops
  • Build your expertise in SAP and broader ERP solutions

Your Profile

What you’ll bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in consulting or enterprise environments
  • Strong experince in SAP, ERP program
  • Exposure to ERP programs (Oracle, or Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sales processes
  • Experience in workshops, requirements gathering, and process modelling
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative mindset and drive to grow into leadership roles
