Senior ServiceNow Developer

Your Role

Main Responsibilities:

Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives 
Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences 
Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms  
Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases  
Provide Subject Matter Expertise 

Your Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

ServiceNow Certified Administration
ServiceNow CIS ITSM
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Custom application development in ServiceNow, Portal development and 'Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM)  
Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management, metrics and key performance indicators 
Team collaboration and communication skills 
Excellent documentation and presentation skills 
Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
