Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong knowledge and experience in transformation and improvement initiatives, with a focus on Corporate Experience and Process Excellence. You will have a track record of leading business case development, strategy and improvement projects across people, process and technology, and a structured approach to breaking down complex operational problems and translating them into practical, implementable solutions.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of delivering solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges to a consistently high standard, leading workstreams within strategy and transformation engagements, and applying process excellence methods to lift client operational performance.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Consulting clients on Enterprise Transformation, across Corporate Experience capabilities: Strategy, Operating Model, Business Case and Process Excellence.
- Leading the structured diagnosis of client operational problems, using root cause analysis and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities and size their impact.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation, to improve operational processes, employee experience, and business performance outcome
- Taking responsibility for the creation of project deliverables or streams of work within projects, with a focus on process excellence outputs (process maps, business cases, operating model designs).
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high quality delivery to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Supporting business development for the sale of projects in Corporate Experience, including shaping proposals and pitch content.
- Coaching and guiding junior consultants, contributing to the uplift of capability within the Corporate Experience team.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Your Profile
- 4+ years' experience in strategy, operating model design, process excellence and/or business case development, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational problems through structured, hypothesis-led approaches (e.g. process mapping, root cause analysis, Lean or Six Sigma methods).
- Experience assessing process improvement opportunities enabled by emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, and supporting clients to understand the potential business value, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Strong client-facing core consulting skills, including written and verbal communication, collaboration and stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Experience leading workstreams or small teams, with the judgement to work with a good degree of autonomy.
