About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Change & Adoption Consultant specialising in Microsoft 365 and Copilot to lead enterprise-scale digital and cultural transformation programs for our public and private sector clients across ANZ. This role sits within our Employee Experience practice and focuses on driving measurable adoption, value realisation, and behaviour change aligned to Microsoft 365, Copilot and Viva capabilities.

Key responsibilities

As a Senior Change & Adoption Consultant, you will:

• Lead end-to-end change and adoption delivery for Microsoft 365, Copilot and Viva programs, ensuring alignment to client strategy, business outcomes and user experience.
• Design and execute comprehensive change strategies, including sponsor alignment, people manager enablement, communications, training, reinforcement and value realisation plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (C-suite, executives, government leaders), providing pragmatic guidance on digital adoption and organisational change.
• Lead discovery, impact assessments and risk analysis to tailor adoption approaches and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Define and track adoption metrics, insights and ROI, identifying gaps and implementing remediation strategies to maximise value from Microsoft investments.
• Oversee multiple concurrent change programs, managing scope, budget, resources and delivery timelines in complex environments.
• Develop and deliver high-quality communications and training assets (digital, in-person and executive-level) to support sustained behaviour change.
• Contribute to sales and proposal development, shaping compelling change and adoption offerings aligned to client needs and budgets.
• Mentor and coach consultants, supporting capability uplift, quality assurance and a high-performance culture.

Your Profile

Required experience & skills

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 8+ years’ experience delivering change management and adoption programs for large-scale digital or business transformations.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Viva and modern workplace technologies.
• Proven track record leading adoption for enterprise or government clients, achieving strong adoption and measurable ROI.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working at executive, board and senior leadership levels.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets and resources across concurrent programs.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing consultants across career stages.
• Expertise in change frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Prosci), with the ability to adapt approaches pragmatically.
• Excellent communication, training delivery, facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical change into meaningful business outcomes.

Desirable qualifications

• • Prosci Advanced or Certified Change Practitioner
  • Microsoft certifications across M365, Copilot, Viva or AI enablement
  • Project or program management qualifications (APM, Agile, Product Owner, Lean Six Sigma)
