Platform Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a Platform Architect to lead enterprise-scale transformation across Data Center, Network, and Cloud domains. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering resilient IT infrastructure solutions that enable modern workplace capabilities and cloud adoption.

• Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation
  • Architect and execute critical projects including data center migrations, network upgrades, digital workplace solutions, and enterprise cloud migrations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with internal IT teams, cloud service providers, and business stakeholders to capture requirements, define deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational technology goals.
• Technical Expertise
  • Apply deep knowledge of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to design scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures.
• Leadership & Team Management
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, cloud architects, and vendor partners. Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and successful project delivery.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
• Strong background in modern workplace and cloud transformation initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of Data Center (DC), Networks, and IT infrastructure platforms
• Expertise in hybrid environments and leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards
• Exceptional architecture and solution design skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Mandatory project and delivery management expertise
• Ability to make technology-level decisions and manage client-facing engagements
