Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Developer

Your role

As a highly experienced Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) & AWS Developer, you will lead the design, development, and enhancement of billing solutions within the telecom domain.

You will bring deep expertise in the BRM product stack, strong exposure to AWS cloud technologies, and demonstrate the ability to independently deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on performance, automation, and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Own end-to-end delivery of enhancements across Oracle BRM modules
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs
• Develop and customize BRM components, including:
• Policy Opcodes
• FLIST programming
• Multi-Threaded Applications (MTA)
• Analyse current systems to drive performance optimization and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and solution architecture
• Design and implement AWS-based scalable architectures.
• Enable seamless integration between BRM and AWS services
• Contribute to cloud modernization and migration initiatives.
• Align development with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Support production issues, incident resolution, and performance tuning

Your profile

• Strong expertise in BRM and AWS.
• Deep expertise in FLIST programming, Policy Opcode development, PCM & PIN Macros, Multi-Threaded Applications (MTA), Cloud & Modern Technologies.
• Proficiency in Python development for cloud and automation use cases
• DevOps & Tools (Good to Have)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Strong alignment with DevOps culture and practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability
