Job Description
As an Enterprise Architect - Network & Security, you are responsible for overseeing the operational integrity and performance of enterprise network infrastructures in run environments. The architect will lead the implementation and maintenance of network and manage incident response, and ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
Key Responsibilites
- Network Operations & Architecture
- Manage and optimize enterprise-grade network solutions including LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and segmentation strategies
Lead operational initiatives such as:- Firewall and load balancer configuration and tuning (Checkpoint, Palo Alto)
- Cisco ACI and BlueCAT DDI support
- Network topology documentation and updates
- Manage network performance and troubleshoot escalated issues to ensure high availability and uptime
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise-grade network solutions including LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and segmentation strategies
- Incident Response & Problem Management
- Act as escalation point for Priority 1 and 2 incidents, guiding technical response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with client teams on problem tickets and recommend design changes or preventive measures
- Ensure alignment with Service management processes, regulatory standards, and policies
- Maintain documentation, enforce access controls, and support audit readiness
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with client IT leaders, delivery teams, and offshore support to ensure smooth operations and service continuity
- Present solutions and recommendations to senior client stakeholders and oversee the implementation
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in network and security operations within enterprise environments.
- Expertise in firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Checkpoint), load balancers, VPNs, and NAC solutions.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, segmentation, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Cisco network devices, SD-LAN, and network blueprinting (ISA-95 model).
