Insight & Data Delivery Lead

Your Role:

The Delivery Executive leads the delivery of transformational Data and AI programs across a portfolio of business-critical engagements. They serve as a crucial link between business needs and technological innovation, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their investments in Data and AI.

The position combines delivery leadership, client management, and the implementation of innovative data and AI driven solutions, making it ideal for individuals who excel in managing complex projects and fostering client relationships.

You are already Melbourne or Sydney based, with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project outcomes with a focus on data and AI solutions for business-critical client engagements while managing risks and client relationships.
• Supervise delivery by coordinating with engagement and program managers.
• Drive delivery quality, profitability, and productivity across the portfolio of projects.
• Offer technical thought leadership to help clients and delivery teams solve complex data, analytics and AI problems ranging from ensuring data quality, AI deployment, customer data platforms, master data management, data migration among others.
• Ensure financial performance of engagements align with budget and profitability targets.
• Serve as the escalation point of contact for all delivery issues on the engagement.
• Anticipates problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes and manages escalations as required to resolution with direct involvement where needed.
• Drive additional programs of work and revenue per client during delivery through exceptional project delivery.
• Mentor engagement managers and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Your Profile:

We know this is a broad remit, so we’re looking for evidence of strength in multiple areas, not perfection. Ideally, you bring:

• 10+ years of delivering Data, AI, or Analytics projects at an enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of Data & Analytics technologies, delivery methodologies, and platforms.
• Project Management certifications from a reputable, globally recognized training organization.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex data solutions on Hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) preferred.
• In-depth understanding of program management methods evidenced by relevant certifications, such as, Agile, Scrum, Prince 2. 
• Proven track record in operational management in both senior internal roles and client-facing engagements.
• Ability to manage and coordinate crises effectively and drive internal resolution activity.
• Proven ability to lead teams (both on and offshore), with a track record of producing outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
