Job Description
You as an IAM Delivery Lead to lead the customer Identity & Access Management strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise IAM capabilities across a complex, multi-tower environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems and data, aligned with enterprise security, risk, and regulatory obligations. Drive identity governance, and oversee the implementation of scalable IAM solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to embed IAM best practices and enable a Zero Trust security posture.
Responsibilities
- Drive client specific IAM strategy, architecture, and operating model aligned to enterprise security and compliance objectives
- Lead end-to-end identity lifecycle management (joiner–mover–leaver), ensuring secure and role-based access across systems
- Govern IAM controls including access provisioning, certification, segregation of duties, and privileged access controls
- Collaborate with application, cloud, and security teams to onboard systems into IAM frameworks and enforce standard controls
- Manage risk, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of IAM processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Lead the delivery and optimisation of IAM solutions (IGA, AM, PAM platforms)

Collaborate with application, cloud, and infrastructure teams to onboard systems into IAM frameworks

Ensure standardisation and enforcement of identity security controls across enterprise applications

Oversee SSO, federation, and authentication implementations using modern protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
Job Description - Grade Specific
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years leading IAM delivery in large, multi-tower environments
- Experience in cloud and hybrid IAM architectures covering Azure AD/Entra, on-prem AD, and federated identity models
- Strong stakeholder management across business, security, and delivery teams with ability to operate at executive level
- Proven track record in implementing IAM transformations, application onboarding, and automation of access governance processes
- Deep understanding of audit, compliance, and risk management with ability to drive governance forums and remediation actions
Mandatory Skills and Certs
- Strong hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), or PingIdentity
- Certifications in cybersecurity/IAM such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) preferred
- Proven expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and federation/SSO implementations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., APRA, GDPR, Zero Trust frameworks)
