Full Stack Developer

Your role

We are seeking an experienced Dotnet Full Stack Developer with 8+ years in software development, including 5+ years in .NET technologies and modern digital solutions using advanced UI/UX frameworks.Understand the technology strategy and systems roadmap for Group Life and Retirement and produce technical designs that are in alignment

• Decompose user stories into actionable tasks and provide accurate effort estimations
• Deliver high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly software aligned with business requirements and timelines while minimizing technical debt
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
• Provide Level 3 support and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality
• Create and refine user stories as needed to support delivery
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues where appropriate
• Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and innovation by adhering to standards and contributing ideas for enhancement
• Support the long-term evolution, scalability, and future-readiness of GLR applications

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years working with .NET technologies and delivering digital solutions using modern UI/UX frameworks
• Strong expertise in web development technologies, including SQL Server, web/microservices, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, along with TypeScript and CSS preprocessors (SCSS, SASS, Less)
• Proven experience in designing and developing modern APIs on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Hands-on experience with middleware technologies
• Solid understanding and application of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture and responsive design principles
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project delivery
• Strong understanding of tools and technologies such as WAF, Azure Front Door, APIM, observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace), ORM frameworks (e.g., Dapper), logging frameworks, Snyk, and Terraform
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles and controls
