Your Role
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Data and AI Consultants to join our consulting team and deliver end-to-end data transformation and AI strategy engagements.
As a Data and AI Consultant, you will apply your consulting expertise across a broad range of data and AI topics, supporting scientific discovery, R&D, operational excellence (including maintenance, asset management, manufacturing, and field services), and the development of intelligent products and embedded AI systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that combine data-driven insights with advanced AI technologies.
You will play a key role in:
- Consulting Across Domains: Providing strategic and technical guidance on data and AI initiatives across scientific, industrial, and operational domains.
- AI Strategy & Implementation: Designing and deploying AI solutions that enhance decision-making, automation, and innovation.
- Data Engineering & Analytics: Building data pipelines, performing advanced analytics, and enabling data-driven operations.
- Scientific Discovery & R&D Support: Applying AI and data science to accelerate research, experimentation, and product development.
- Operational Intelligence: Leveraging AI to optimize maintenance, asset management, manufacturing, and field service operations.
- Embedded AI & Intelligent Products: Supporting the development of smart, connected products with embedded AI capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with clients, engineers, and business leaders to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership: Staying ahead of emerging trends and contributing to internal and external knowledge sharing.
- Proposal Support: Contributing to the development of proposals to win new business and expand project opportunities.
- People and Capability Development: Supporting the growth of team skills and technical capabilities through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Consulting Skills: Proven experience in data and AI consulting across multiple domains.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques and data platforms.
- Experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with tools like Python, SQL, Spark, and ML frameworks.
- Technical knowledge relating to AI on the edge (e.g. nVidia), and embedded software.
- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to scientific R&D, industrial operations, and intelligent product development.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable data and AI solutions.
