Business Transformation Lead

As a Business Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering large‑scale ERP‑enabled transformations. You will lead Phase 0 discovery and business cases, define transformation strategy, and drive enterprise wide process uplift across core business functions setting organisations up for long‑term success well before implementation begins. 

This is a senior, client‑facing leadership role where you will influence strategic direction, guide executive decision‑making, and ensure transformation programs remain tightly aligned to business ambition, benefits realisation, and value creation throughout delivery. 

 In this role you will play a key role in: 

Enterprise Business Transformation 

• Lead end to end ERP enabled process transformation 
• Shape future‑state operating models, translating business ambition into scalable, ERP‑enabled capabilities
• Drive business readiness, process standardisation, and value definition prior to and during implementation 

Strategy & Program Governance 

• Establish and lead a Transformation Management Office (TMO) ensuring design and delivery decisions remain anchored to strategic objectives and benefits
• Own program financials, scope, risk, and milestone integrity across complex, multi‑year programs
• Provide executive‐level oversight, issue resolution, and corrective action management consistent with large‑scale enterprise programs 

Client Leadership & Deal Shaping 

• Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior executives
• Facilitate executive workshops, steer critical trade‑offs, and influence key investment decisions
• Lead pre‑sales and deal shaping activities, co‑creating compelling transformation visions and business cases 

ERP Platform Leadership 

• Bring strong fluency across SAP, Oracle or Dynamics, including integration and extension patterns
• Guide solution design decisions aligned to ERP roadmaps, cloud deployment models, and innovation opportunities 

People & Capability Leadership 

• Build, inspire, and mentor high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary teams of functional SMEs and analysts
• Establish clear governance, decision rights, and delivery standards expected in enterprise‑scale transformations 

• 15+ years experience in consulting or enterprise transformation leadership
• 10+ years leading large‑scale ERP programs of significant size, complexity, and risk 
• Proven success delivering ERP transformations from strategy through blueprinting and value realisation
• Deep functional expertise across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Strong ERP platform knowledge, including across SAP, Oracle or Dynamics, and modern deployment architectures \
• Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• A track record of building and leading diverse, high‑impact teams across the transformation lifecycle
