Boomi Lead

Join Capgemini's large-scale Cloud and Custom Application's practice as a Boomi Integration Architect / Development Lead, where you will serve as the Boomi subject matter expert across enterprise transformation and migration programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading clients, drive innovation in AI-powered integration solutions, and help shape our integration practice by mentoring and upskilling internal teams.

We are looking for a passionate Boomi professional who stays at the forefront of emerging technologies and is eager to leverage the latest advancements in AI, automation, API management, and event-driven architectures. Ideally, you are a Boomi Ambassador, who also enjoys solving complex business challenges and influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions.

Key Responsbilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions using the Boomi platform.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging: Boomi Integration; API Management; Data Hub; Event Streams; Agentstudio

Essential

• 10+ years of experience delivering Enterprise Data Integration, iPaaS, and event-driven integration solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in Boomi architecture, technical leadership, or lead development roles.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi Companion, Orchestrate, and Connect features.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise integration architectures using the Boomi platform.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, architectural principles, technologies, standards, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale, full lifecycle integration programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, solution design, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with DevOps and automation tools, including GitHub and Azure DevOps.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Boomi Agentstudio, AI Agents, and Agent Governance capabilities.
• Experience implementing AI-driven integration and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AI models and platforms including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini.
• Experience building AI-assisted development frameworks or AI harnesses around Boomi Companion to accelerate SDLC processes.
