What we’re looking for in a Boomi Senior Developer would be your:

• 7+ years of hands-on Boomi AtomSphere development experience, with proven leadership capability across enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong technical expertise building complex Boomi integrations including

         - Connector configuration across Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, Databases, SFTP, HTTP, JMS/MQ, etc.

         - Map and Profile design for XML, JSON, Flat Files, CSV, EDI formats

         - Process orchestration, decisioning, business rules, sequence flows, Try/Catch, process properties

         - Reusable Boomi frameworks (error handling, logging, retry, notification patterns

         - API development using Boomi API Management

• Experience managing Boomi run-time components including Atoms, Molecules, Atom Clouds, Extensions, Environment Promotions, Queues, Listeners, and deployment pipelines.
• Demonstrable experience integrating across enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Strong engineering background with experience in any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) as part of integration delivery.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, including Kafka, Pub/Sub, EventHub, MQ-based patterns.
• Demonstrable experience delivering full lifecycle enterprise integration implementations from requirements through design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Solid hands-on DevOps experience including CI/CD, automation, version control, containerised Boomi deployments, and infrastructure-as-code where applicable.
• Strong architectural knowledge across API-first principles, integration patterns, microservices, asynchronous messaging, and cloud-native integration models.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, stored procedures, large payload processing, data modelling, and high-volume transaction flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, able to translate complex business challenges into scalable Boomi-based solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, manage delivery expectations, and operate confidently under pressure.
• Strong organisational, planning, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities with leadership experience across multiple workstreams.

Let's Talk About the Role & Responsibilities

• Utilising your deep consulting and integration experience to lead the design and delivery of sophisticated solutions using Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, Boomi Flow, and supporting integration technologies.+
• Designing, building, and leading development of complex Boomi processes including connectors, profiles, maps, process routing, dynamic document properties, scripting, retry patterns, exception handling frameworks, and error logging mechanisms.
• Creating and managing Boomi APIs, API proxies, API gateways, and API security policies within Boomi API Management.
• Leading the architecture and deployment of Boomi Atoms, Molecules, Atom Clouds, and managing multi-environment setup, runtime governance, queues, schedules, and listener architectures.
• Overseeing integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP/S4HANA, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, and other custom applications.
• Delivering integrations involving EDI/B2B (X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP), flatfile transformations, JSON/XML mapping, database interactions (SQL/NoSQL), cloud storage, and event driven connections (Kafka, Pub/Sub, MQ technologies).
• Setting up, governing, and optimising DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, along with Boomi Deployment APIs for automated releases.
• Implementing best practice version control standards, branching strategies, automated testing, and containerising Boomi runtimes using Docker/Kubernetes where required.
• Providing architectural and delivery oversight to ensure integration patterns, governance frameworks, naming conventions, and cloud architecture alignment are adhered to.
• Leading advanced troubleshooting, runtime optimisation, connector configuration, performance tuning, and solving complex production issues across large integration landscapes.
• Collaborating with enterprise architects, solution designers, program managers, and customer technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud ready integration architectures.
• Providing leadership for managed services support, ensuring operational excellence, incident management, monitoring, alerting, and SLA adherence.
• Working with complementary technologies across full integration ecosystems including event driven architecture, identity/security services, monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK), analytics platforms, and data lakes.
• Conducting code reviews, governance checks, quality assurance, and enforcing best-practice development standards across the integration team.
• Mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level Boomi developers, fostering knowledge sharing, capability uplift, and continuous improvement.
• Continuously learning, upskilling, and contributing to integration frameworks, accelerators, reusable patterns, and internal Boomi capability assets.
