This is a unique opportunity within the Insights & Data (I&D) Global Business Line (GBL) to help grow the data, AI and Data Science engagements across all sectors in Australia and New Zealand. You will understand our client’s need to bring maximum value, impact, and innovation to the market as you oversee the delivery of client engagements for data and AI initiatives.

 
Roles and responsibilities:

We are seeking a visionary and technically adept Enterprise Generative AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS and GCP. This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM orchestration, with a strong focus on integrating AI capabilities into core enterprise systems.

• Architect and implement scalable Generative AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP, leveraging native services and OpenAI/Anthropic/Google Gemini models.
• Design and deploy RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies to optimize enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to ensure secure, compliant, and performant AI deployments.
• Define and enforce best practices for model governance, data privacy, and responsible AI.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for LLMOps, observability, and cost optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, cloud-native services, and enterprise integration patterns

Qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience architecting and deploying Generative AI solutions in Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, embedding models, vector search, and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI with ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud-native services such as:
  • Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search
  • AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra
  • Google Vertex AI, PaLM/Gemini, Cloud Search
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
