As Structured Data Lead for Neo within Capgemini, you will play a central role in shaping the structured data foundations of Capgemini’s Group wide AI platform. Neo is a strategic initiative, and this role is key to ensuring that structured data is consistent, governed, and effectively integrated to power AI driven experiences.
You will operate at the intersection of data, AI, and product, defining how structured datasets support knowledge retrieval, AI features, and cross platform consistency. This is a unique opportunity to influence how enterprise data is modeled, connected, and consumed in a modern AI ecosystem.

Your Role

As Structured Data Lead for Neo, you will be responsible for governing and shaping how structured data is modeled, integrated, and used across the platform, ensuring it supports scalable and reliable AI capabilities.
In this role, you will:
•    Define and implement data modelling standards for structured datasets powering Neo
•    Ensure data consistency, quality, and interoperability across Capgemini systems and Neo modules
•    Drive alignment of structured data with knowledge bases and retrieval driven AI features
•    Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Architecture, and Engineering teams to embed structured data into AI driven use cases
•    Document data schemas, validation rules, and lineage to support maintainability and governance
•    Identify data gaps and define integration priorities to strengthen platform capabilities
•    Ensure structured data supports scalable, reusable, and high quality AI outputs
•    Contribute to the evolution of enterprise data standards and practices within Neo

Your Profile
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field
•    Strong expertise in structured data modelling, SQL, ETL concepts, and enterprise data standards
•    Solid understanding of how structured data supports AI systems (e.g. RAG, embeddings, classification)
•    Experience working in complex, multi system data integration environments
•    Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, data science, and architecture teams

Your Profile

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field
•    Strong expertise in structured data modelling, SQL, ETL concepts, and enterprise data standards
•    Solid understanding of how structured data supports AI systems (e.g. RAG, embeddings, classification)
•    Experience working in complex, multi system data integration environments
•    Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, data science, and architecture teams
