Your role
The primary objective of the Workplace Services team is to ensure that all Capgemini employees benefit from a safe, sustainable, clean, and high-quality work environment that aligns with both Group standards and local regulations. As a Workplace Manager, you are expected to lead with a service-minded and collaborative approach, demonstrating dedication and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you will be responsible for managing designated office locations and contributing to Workplace Services initiatives across the Nordic region.
In this position you will play a key role in:
• Applying global policies, standards, and processes within Workplace Services.
• Coordinating and overseeing facility operations, including supplier and maintenance management.
• Supporting Office Managers and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contributing to sustainability, environmental, health & safety, and fire prevention initiatives.
• Drive and support environment, health and safety initiatives by executing projects, maintaining documentation, advising stakeholders, managing audits, and ensuring continuous improvement in workplace safety and compliance.
Your profile
• 2-3 years of work experience in workplace or facility management.
• Skilled in Office 365 administration and experienced in ISO 14001 & 27001, including audits.
• Strong communicator with proven ability to build relationships across functions.
• Adaptable and organized, with strengths in time management, problem solving, and decision-making.
• Focus on continuous improvement and project management experience is a strong asset.
Note: proficiency in Swedish is a plus and candidates based in Sweden will be prioritized.
