Your role
Join our team as a Transformation Manager and play a key role in driving transformation initiatives. You will lead complex transition projects within the portfolio of cloud & infrastructure services. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives and successful delivery of large-scale projects.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Your profile
•    Proven experience in transformations and managing large-scale technical projects in the infra, cloud and/or cyber field 
•    Proven track records from migration projects both On preem and cloud, whith customers in the Enterprise segment
•    Strong understanding of transformation models and project management methodologies
•    Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
•    Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving
•    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
•    Full working proficiency in both Swedish and English
