In this role you will play a key role in:
Lead cross-functional engineering and business initiatives, driving alignment, informed decision-making, and successful project delivery.
Act as the central coordination point between design, field quality, procurement, production, and external partners, ensuring progress, managing dependencies, delivering key milestones, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily design and engineering activities by enabling collaboration, fostering a high-performing team environment, and coordinating improvement initiatives.
Coordinate and follow up on test vehicle component activities, including monitoring project deviations and corrective actions.
Execute technical plans by assessing design partners, supporting client counterparts, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment across teams and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Your Profile
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2–7 years of experience in product development as a Design Engineer, along with project management experience (Agile/Scrum preferred).
Proven ability to plan and drive technical deliverables to completion.
Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Assignment Manager, or Scrum Master is highly valued.
Technical expertise in electrical design, including low- and high-voltage cable harness systems, is considered an advantage. Experience with GD&T, automotive standards, design methodologies, and engineering tools such as CATIA, Saber, Jira, Enovia/PDM systems, and 3DEXPERIENCE is highly valued. Familiarity with deviation handling as well as production and assembly drawings is also beneficial.
