YOUR ROLE
As a System Engineer SME, you have an important role, being at front to help our clients create the sustainable, inclusive future we all want and need. Going beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change while securing sustainability. Our System Engineers provide top level business and technology consultancy services to our clients and we are now seeking out next colleague!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize virtualization and Mainframe environments
  • Install, configure, and manage Windows Server OS and Active Directory
  • Ensure security, stability, and compliance of systems
  • Monitor and optimize system performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Design and maintain virtualization environments
  • Provide technical support and manage user access
  • Perform user onboarding and off boarding processes, including account creations, access provisioning, and software installations
  • Participate in MIM and P1 & P2 issues
  • Provide consulting in case technical advice is required.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups
  • Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides
  • Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors

YOUR PROFILE
Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Window operating systems
  • Proficiency in roles like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services, DFS and Print Services
  • Experience in various ticketing tools(Snow, effecta … etc) & ITIL/Agile process
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
  • Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures on Window systems
  • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
  • Experience in working on critical production incidents by maintaining SLA
  • Strong hold on Patch Management, Application deployment and compliance through SCCM Tool
  • Strong knowledge in PowerShell script Writing & execution
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services as well as RDS web server management.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, preferable in both Swedish and English
  • Proven experience as a Hyper-V / VMware and Windows Administrator with expertise in virtualization technologies
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSE: Core Infrastructure or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
