Senior Management Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager, Workforce & Organization
Your role
As part of the Workforce & Organization team, you will work as a management consultant, supporting clients in designing and delivering change and workforce transformation initiatives. You will help turn change strategies into measurable outcomes and collaborate closely with both business and HR stakeholders in complex transformation programs. Drawing on established change management methodologies and strong project management skills, you will help drive sustainable organizational transformation.
Typical assignments can include
• Enable AI Driven Workforce Transformation: Help clients manage the people impact of AI and automation by assessing roles and skills, shaping talent strategies, and supporting reskilling and new ways of working to build trust and engagement.
• Lead Data Driven Change & Program Management: Drive transformation through intelligent, human centered program management, applying data, AI, and agile ways of working to manage risk, strengthen leadership, and sustain employee engagement.
• Design Purpose Led, Future Ready Organizations: Support clients in defining purpose driven organization models, embedding sustainability, social impact, and agility into structures, capabilities, and culture to enable lasting transformation.
Your profile
• 2-7 years’ work experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent, with experience working on organization, workforce, or HR transformation engagements, including purpose led strategy, operating model and governance design, and large scale talent or skills initiatives in complex client environments.
• Strong track record in program and change leadership, with the ability to structure and drive multi workstream transformations, manage senior stakeholders, use data and insights to steer decisions, and sustain engagement through periods of change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders; fluency in both Swedish and English is required, spoken and written.
• Strong academic background, with a Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field such as business administration, organizational psychology, HR, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.

• Deep understanding of digital, AI, and automation impacts on organizations, with experience translating these into practical workforce strategies, supporting leaders through transition, and enabling new skills, behaviors, and ways of working at scale.
Note: Valid Swedish work permit is required.

Location In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in our attractively located Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö office, ready to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.
