Senior Consultants and Managers/Senior Managers, Intelligent Industry Data & Analytics
Your role
Being part of the Intelligent Industry Data & Analytics team and helping our clients form strategies needed to become more data driven and mastering AI & Data Governance and Management through strategies, exploration, experimentation and execution
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Helping our clients understand the impact of Data/AI on a strategic, tactical and operational level and pave the way towards reaching their strategic objectives
- Helping our clients utilize data and govern data assets to reach strategic objectives and increase business value
- Working with innovative topics at the interface between business, strategy, data and AI
Your profile
We believe you have experience, or strong interest, in one or several of the following areas: Procurement / Supply chain / Manufacturing / Engineering / R&D in combination with:
- Experience in one or several of the following areas: Data & AI Strategy / Data & AI Governance / Data Visualization / Process Mining & Automation / Functional Data & Analytics / Data & AI Compliance / AI Adoption / AI use case development / AI scaling / Agentic AI
- 1-7 years’ work experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A master’s degree with a business, technical or information technology or data & analytics focus
- Excellent Swedish and English language skills and Swedish work permit required.

Need to know
Location: In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you can be based in our attractively located Stockholm or Gothenburg office, ready to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.
