YOUR ROLE

Capgemini are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Manager to lead the SAP Tech team in Stockholm. You will be a part of a Nordic capability team and the role will be combined with presales, delivery activities and people manager responsibility. As a leader you develop our SAP consultants within the tech domain to ensure that our people and business grow, and that we bring world class SAP Tech capabilities to our clients.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

  • Driving team performance through effective utilization management, performance evaluations, and competence development
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of senior and junior SAP tech consultants to grow and deliver exceptional results
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing
  • Being an advisor for our clients around SAP processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing SAP solutions to address their specific needs
  • Collaborating with sales and presales teams to develop winning strategies and deliver compelling proposals to clients
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure SAP solutions are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and business processes
  • Executing on company strategy to drive business growth and expansion

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in in related field
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in building and developing our business
  • Strong people leader skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both senior and junior team members
  • Proven experience in SAP and in-depth knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven experience in successful end to end SAP implementations
  • Fluency in English is a must; Swedish is a plus
