Your role 
You will play a crucial role in designing, optimizing, and supporting Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) for the telecommunications industry. 
In this role, you will play a key role in:
•    Leading the Design, Architecture, and Implementation of BSS and OSS platforms to support telecom operations.
•    Ensuring Seamless Integration of BSS systems with OSS platforms
•    Monitoring System performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency.
•    Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, ensuring smooth operations and effective issue resolution.
•    Conducting Business process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
•    Leading or participating in OSS-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
•    Coordinating with BSS/OSS vendors and service providers for system upgrades, bug fixes, and support.
•    Generating Reports on system performance, customer behavior, and financial metrics to support decision-making.
•    Maintaining detailed documentation of BSS-OSS configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Your profile
•    Strong expertise in BSS/OSS Architecture, Design, and implementation.
•    Hands-on experience with Billing, CRM, Order management, Revenue assurance, and service provisioning systems.
•    Proficiency in System integration, Troubleshooting, and Performance optimization.
•    Familiarity with Telecom operations, Regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
•    Strong Analytical, Problem-solving, and leadership skills.
•    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a SPOC for customers.
