Your role

We are currently strengthening our specialist team within mission-critical communications and telecom. We are looking for experienced consultants who want to help design the next generation of business-critical and operationally critical communication solutions.

Do you want to shape the future of OSS (Operations Support Systems)? We are looking for several specialists who want to contribute to the development of modern solutions for network operations, service management, analytics, and automation. We focus on creating visibility, control, and efficiency across complex network and service environments. This is where business, technology, and data come together to enable proactive operations, high service quality, and data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for professionals with expertise in architecture, business analysis, service assurance, data analytics, network operations, integration, and technical project management.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Developing OSS architectures and strategic solutions for networks and services
  • Business analysis and requirements management for OSS-related processes and tools
  • Performance Management, Fault Management, and log management
  • Service Assurance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement of operational processes
  • Developing semantic models and data layers to improve network visibility and understanding
  • Designing and implementing tools for NOCs (Network Operations Centers) and end-user organizations
  • Integrating OSS platforms, operational tools, and business systems
  • Leading implementations, technical deliveries, and transformation initiatives

Your profile

We believe you have experience within one or more of the following areas:

  • OSS Architecture and Solution Architecture
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Management
  • Performance Management, Fault Management, and Log Analytics
  • Data Architecture and Data-Driven Operations Solutions
  • Service Assurance and Incident Management
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational problem-solving
  • Operations Automation and Intelligent Operations
  • NOC Tools and Operational Platforms
  • Integration between OSS, network, and business systems
  • Technical Project Management and OSS solution implementation

 

As a person, you are analytical, curious, and solution oriented. You thrive in complex environments where you can combine technical expertise, data, and business requirements to create efficient, scalable, and future-proof solutions. You enjoy collaborating with technical specialists, business stakeholders, and external vendors, and you are motivated by improving processes, tools, and user experiences.
