OSS, NOC, SOC Test Specialist

Your role
As an OSS, NOC, SOC Test Specialist at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and security of mission‑critical telecom services through rigorous end‑to‑end testing and validation. You will work closely with OSS, Network Operations Center (NOC), and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to validate network infrastructure, systems, and security mechanisms supporting highly available telecom environments.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans for OSS, NOC, and SOC platforms, including service assurance and service fulfilment
• Validating end‑to‑end integrations between OSS/NOC/SOC tools and telecom network elements such as switches, routers, and firewalls
• Conducting functional, performance, and security testing of network management, monitoring, and incident handling systems
• Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity testing, while documenting results and recommending improvements to reliability and security
  
  Your profile

• Strong understanding of OSS, NOC, and SOC functions within telecom environments
• 8-12 years of experience with network management systems (NMS), monitoring, and incident management tools
• Expertise in testing telecom protocols (e.g. SS7, SIP, MPLS, LTE, 5G) and security mechanisms
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  
  (Experience with test automation, scripting, and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, CISSP, or ISO 27001 are considered advantageous.)
