NOC SOC Exploitability Solution Architect

Your role
As a NOC SOC Exploitability Solution Architect at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and architecting integrated Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions for mission‑critical telecom environments. You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable operational solutions that meet the high availability and reliability demands of the telecommunications domain.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing and architecting integrated NOC and SOC solutions for complex, mission‑critical telecom customers
• Developing and implementing operational frameworks that ensure availability, resilience, and security
• Integrating monitoring, threat detection, and incident response capabilities across NOC and SOC platforms
• Leading technical teams through deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of NOC/SOC solutions
  
  Your profile

• Strong expertise in telecom network architecture, including core, access, and transmission systems
• 8-12 years of experience with NOC and SOC platforms, monitoring tools, and incident management systems
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and risk mitigation techniques
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
  
  (8-12 years of experience with automation and orchestration, and familiarity with standards such as ITIL or ISO 27001, are considered advantageous.)
