Manager / Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

Your role

As a Manager/Senior Manager in Enterprise Data & Analytics, you will lead clients through data‑driven transformation, helping them build strong data foundations, modern analytics capabilities, and AI‑enabled ways of working. You will guide the full journey from strategy to execution, translating data into insights and insights into measurable business value. In addition, you will contribute to sales and business development by supporting opportunity identification, proposal development, and relationship‑building activities that help drive the continued growth of our practice. For this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading the development of enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks, and data‑culture initiatives.
• Overseeing the implementation of modern data platforms that provide trusted, high‑quality data foundations.
• Advising senior stakeholders on AI‑powered innovation to enable faster, more informed decision‑making.
• Guiding end‑to‑end data‑journey transformation using proven frameworks and methodologies.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise‑scale analytics, insights, and business value.
• Contributing to sales and business development activities, including supporting opportunity identification, proposal development, and client‑relationship building.
