YOUR ROLE
As a consultant, you’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams working with leading organizations to solve real business challenges. You’ll contribute to projects that span industries and functions—developing strategies, designing new business models, and implementing solutions that drive measurable impact and long-term growth.
YOUR PROFILE

- Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results in fields such as Business, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or Technology. Ideally, you combine this with real-life experience.
- Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated, with 0–1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
- Skills and mindset: You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow—both independently and as part of a team.
- Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities.

Start date and location
As a recent graduate, you’ll join our Stockholm or Gothenburg office in Fall 2026, with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
