M365 Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Architect to join our team. As a Microsoft 365 Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies.
 
We are looking for a profile with a solid Microsoft 365 technical background combined with strong customer leadership skills. This role will require significant customer interaction and will drive architecture planning. The candidate must have broad, multi-discipline, Enterprise IT experience and must deliver customer-centric solutions that improve the user experience.
 
Your Role
•    Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business needs and design Microsoft 365 SAAS based solutions that align with their goals and objectives to demonstrate how their Cloud Strategy aligns with Microsoft technology
•    Develop and implement technical architectures for Microsoft 365 SAAS applications (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams etc.), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, hybrid on-premises technologies (AD, Entra Connect, ADFS, etc.) utilizing major 3rd party Identity Provider Solutions such as Ping ID and/or Okta and hygiene technologies and migration tools
•    Develop and implement security controls for the aforementioned solutions with Microsoft security tools
•    Conduct technical assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization within existing Microsoft 365 environments
•    Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations to clients for leveraging these advancements
•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365, including performance, connectivity, and security concerns
•    Maintain documentation of technical architectures, configurations, and procedures related to Microsoft 365 solutions
 
Your Profile
•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
•    Certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, are highly desirable
•    Working in Identity and Access Management context with Microsoft technologies
•    Full working proficiency in both Swedish and English
•    Experience in a customer-facing technology consultancy role.
•    Good understanding and working experience with ITSM Tools and ITIL Methodology
•    Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness

Good to have: 
•    Ability to manage, and maintain M365 Backups, Disaster Recovery solutions;
•    ITIL3/ITIL4 Certification, or 2+ years’ equivalent experience in an IT Service Management
•    Device Management and BYOD/MDM Design and Deployment experience
•    Understand complex architecture across multiple environment stacks and technologies
•    Architecture modeling language skills such as TOGAF
•    M365 Copilot
