Job Description

Sales support specialist is an iterative process across the sales stages (1-7) of providing the sales, bid and Capgemini client teams with the resources they need during the sales process. These resources may include content support (customized and standard), references, tools, market information and knowledge support to effectively sell your product or service to customers and deliver high quality proposal responses (proactive and reactive). Some of the roles that include as a part of this category are Proposal Support, Knowledge Managers, Market and Business intelligence​ Sales support specialist ensure Proposal Quality delivered to the customer​, help with industrialization of knowledge management for faster turnaround on content​, provide business and market insights which includes competition insights, industry insights, stakeholder profiling

Job Description - Grade Specific

Oversee and actively participate in the creation and maintenance of content in group wide knowledge repositories, business market intelligence outcomes customized for sales asks. Improve efficiency and productivity of bid support process through continuous improvement and ensure consistency and quality on proposal content delivered to the customer. Participate in strategic mega deals.
