Integration Subpractice Lead

Your role  
We are now looking for an Integration Subpractice Leader to take ownership of our Integration Subpractice in Sweden. You will be the manager for team managers in the subpractice across Sweden and be a visible ambassador for our integration and API offerings and a client-facing leader who can shape strategy, lead architecture and guide delivery teams, contributing part-time to client engagements.
In this role, you will lead, coach and develop leaders across multiple locations and set the overall strategy and priorities for the team. You will also drive capability and talent planning, such as hiring, upskilling/certifications, and building communities of practice, as well as establish a clear operating rhythm across sites including delivery governance, staffing strategy and performance follow-up. You will take a leading role in transforming Capgemini’s Integration & API capability for the AI Agentic era, where integrations are no longer only system-to-system, but agent-to-agent, agent-to-system, and event-driven by AI.
As Integration subpractice leader you will be an ambassador for the subpractice, and a visible spokesperson for Integration & API, promoting the offering internally and externally. You will work closely with Capgemini’s partner representatives to develop partnerships and co-selling, enhance collaboration across the ecosystem, and collaborate closely with the Integration CoE to create pipeline via proactive client engagement and structured presales. You will drive bid responses, including solution shaping, estimations, staffing approach, delivery model, risk management and value proposition, and engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders. You will present integration strategies, architectures, and roadmaps with strong executive presence. 
Since this role includes part time involvement with our clients, you will also lead billable deliveries, guide delivery teams through strong governance and predictable execution and shape client services such as integration assessments and strategies, integration foundation/reference architecture, and delivery-at-scale models. 

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Lead and grow the Integration sub practice in Sweden.
• Acting as an ambassador and market maker for Integration and API driven solutions.
• Driving pipeline growth through proactive pre-sales activities and bid work. 
• Providing client facing advisory support and leading delivery engagements.

Your profile 

• Proven leadership experience as a people manager, ideally as leading leaders. 
• Track record of building high-performing teams through coaching, development, recruitment, and stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, ability to align and collaborate across business lines and internal ecosystems.
• Extensive hands-on experience in integration architecture & solution design across hybrid environments (cloud + SaaS + on-prem).
• Experience with hyperscalers: Azure, AWS and/or GCP (integration services, patterns, security, governance).
• Experience with SaaS/iPaaS integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with open-source integration variants is highly valued.
• Certifications in iPaaS (MuleSoft/Boomi/Workato), cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), or architecture (e.g., TOGAF) are beneficial
• IBM integration platform knowledge is beneficial
